Simon Ling

Simon joined Hi-Med in 2025 after a career in academic medicine, including experience as Division Head and Training Program Director at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, clinical researcher, contributor to international guideline development, and telemedicine consultant to Médecins Sans Frontières and Save a Child. Simon trained in medicine at the University of Edinburgh. He lives in Toronto, Canada.

Malvika is a physician and community health entrepreneur who established Gully Clinic in Mumbai, to support vulnerable populations with preventive and primary care health services. Her passion is exploring social prescribing in urban healthcare delivery. Malvika trained in medicine and received her MBA in Mumbai. She currently lives in Toronto, Canada

Chinwendu is an economist and public health researcher with training in biostatistics and epidemiology who supports community-based clinical studies, by managing and analysing health datasets. She received her BSc in Economics from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Nailya is a Berlin-based creative generalist with a background in Medicine and Neuroscience. At Hi-Med, Nailya creates content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, from Video Interviews and Reels to the monthly Impactful Opportunities newsletter, to inspire more people to explore impactful career paths and effective giving. Outside of global health, she is passionate about photo/video storytelling in sports and wellness.
